What is GSC Water Tank?
GSC modular water tank is Galvanized and Stainless Steel Compound water tank.Made from 3 types of raw materials.Inner is stainless steel plate and outer is hot dip galvanized plate with one layer of high modular materials sandwiched.High pressure and high temperature to form this new type of compound plate.Because of inner stainless steel plate and outer steel structure,it has the advantages of storing drinking water. GSC modular water tank could be applied either ground or underground used for rainwater colletion,which effectively solved tight earth issues by underground water tank application.

DESCRIPTION
- GSC water tank consists of four types of panels which can customize capacity according local area.
- The water tank height is usually set within 4 meters,we have set the water tank height up to 6 meters with my engineer good design.
- GSC modular water tank structure is strong which can be used in underground and above ground used for either drinking water or firefighting water.
- GSC water tank warranty time is 18 months since shipped out factory or 12 months since installation,based on closed one.
- GSC water tank mainly used in hospital,residence,campus,supermarket,airport,football ground,irrigation,and somewhere lacking water.
FEATURES
- All GSC panels consists of three parts including inner stainless steel plate,outer hot dip galvanized plate,middle high molecular compound material.
- Panels consist of 1220 x 1220 mm,1000 x 1000 mm,1000 x 500 mm,500 x 500 mm four types.
- Water tank uses the different panel thickness according to above table.
- U-steel is optional between hot dip galvanized and painting according to customer’s requirement.
- GSC is widely used underground for saving area and space,above ground and overhead GSC water tanks are also commonly used.

With over 20 years factory manufacturing experience and five years of export experience,we designed and evolved packing a lot for delivery safety and most cost effective.
- Iron frame for GSC panels.
- Plywood cases for GSC panels and accessories.
- Pallet for GSC panels and accessories.
- Cartons and bags for small pieces of accessories.
- Each packing will be marked with special tags from factory (SUPER HL WATER TANK only),so it is easy to know which is which during water tank installation.
INSTALLATION
Technical support
- According to HDG water tank capacity,our engineer will provide detailed drawing for your reference.
- Customers just need to provide concrete base according to our drawing( Concrete base see below pictures).
- Our water tank quotation includes all panels and accessories and C-channel base and some spare parts.
- For each our hot dip galvanized water tank project,we provide installation manual.
ANTI-CORROSION
The thickness of zinc layer can be up to 70μm, have superior anti-corrosion capability.
RELIABLE QUALITY
Our panel comply the standard of Singapore PSB, SGS, China QSB, etc. The life-span can be over 1/4 century.
DIMENSION FLEXIBILITY
The size of panel can be 1.22*1.22 m, 1*1 m, 1*0.5 m and 0.5*0.5 m, which can assemble kinds of volume from 0.125 m³ to 5000 m³. That’s extremely convenient to select for you.

Factory precast panel is easy to assemble and disassemble, the construction drawing, installation video, and a series of complete installation plan will be provided.

Using the 1000 T hydraulic press integrated molding, no welding seam at panel corners.
RY UNDERGROUND
All the HL steel material water tank can be bury underground, the thickness of inner structure and panels are thicker than normal tank.
